Shipping Policy
We offer a delivery guarantee on all orders through ShipAid. MerchNow cannot issue a refund or a replacement for any items lost or damaged in transit when ShipAid Delivery Guarantee is removed from the order. If your package is lost in transit or damaged and you did not choose to include ShipAid Delivery Guarantee there will be nothing we can do. By choosing not to include ShipAid Delivery Guarantee, you are acknowledging that you accept responsibility should your item(s) arrive damaged or become lost in transit.
Please note: All vinyl is subject to minor cosmetic defects, cosmetic damages, or cosmetic differences due to the nature of the vinyl pressing and shipping process. Cosmetic defects or damage that does not impact the sound quality or playback of the vinyl itself is not covered by ShipAid Delivery Guarantee or by MerchNow. There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for minor cosmetic defects or damage to vinyl/vinyl sleeves.
Due to the unpredictability of handling in shipping, we cannot guarantee that CD or cassette cases will arrive undamaged, as they can crack and or break easily, even within adequate packaging. All items are guaranteed to leave our facility in perfect condition. There will be no reshipment or reimbursement available for cracks or defects of any kind on CD or Cassette cases.
Please see the list below for insured and uninsured shipping methods through UPS and USPS. Any insured methods are eligible for a claim to be filed with USPS/UPS in the event that your package is lost or damaged. We strongly encourage that you purchase Shipaid Delivery Guarantee for extra protection as the claims process through USPS and UPS can be long and drawn out.

Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs fees. MerchNow is not responsible for collecting or paying these fees. Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will vary by country and product value. We have no control over the amount due and cannot offer reimbursement for any customs-related expenses. Shipping costs will not be refunded for orders that are refused by the recipient due to failure to pay customs fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders that are destroyed by DHL due to failure to pay customs fees. For more information regarding customs fees, please see our FAQ here.
Freight Forwarding
We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses. All shipments must be sent to a valid workplace or residential address. Orders shipping to a freight forwarding address will be canceled and refunded.
Return to Senders
USPS charges a return to sender fee for packages shipped via USPS Media Mail. If you choose to ship your package via Media and it is returned to us, this fee will be deducted from your total refund. If you would like your order reshipped instead of refunded and there is a return to sender fee on the package, you will be invoiced for the amount of the fee and applicable shipping costs to send the package back out.
The original shipping fee on your order cannot be refunded when your package is returned to us. When it is returned, we will process a refund for the items purchased and any applicable taxes.
If your package is being returned to sender and you would like it reshipped, please email support@merchnow.com with your order number and let us know that you would like it reshipped. Please provide your full shipping address to send the order to. Please note that all reshipments will require you to pay for shipping costs again. If you would prefer to not pay for shipping, a refund will be issued for the item(s) and any applicable taxes when your order arrives back to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
